Last month staff from Ceva Animal Health USA raised funds for Australian animals affected by the recent bushfires.

image of kangaroo and koalaCeva staff in the USA donated US$2,901. To say THANK-YOU the company matched the donations dollar for dollar to arrive at a grand total of US$5,802 (c.AUD$9,365) to help wildlife in Australia.

The money has been donated to WIRES (NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service Inc.) to help provide food and care for animals displaced or injured in the fires.>

A WIRES spokesperson responded:  “We are really grateful about the incredibly generous support of the global community. WIRES (is) working on a range of relief and recovery plans to implement the best solutions to assist surviving wildlife and ensure the survival of remaining species.”
