Peter Holmes from Baddaginnie near Benalla discovered Regulin a few years ago and it has rejuvenated his interest in sheep production and his farm, having been doing the same thing for 40 odd years.
He uses it to bring his ewes into cycle early, so more of them get pregnant and with more multiples, he has a good line of early lambs to beat the rush to market, when things are “usually a bit better”.
A few years ago he was ready to retire, but says he has no intention of doing so now!
